
We are pleased to offer the inaugural 6-day Foundation course for healthcare professionals wishing to experience and develop an effective integrative coaching approach within their work and to develop their professional coaching credentials.
The programme aims to develop theoretical understanding with experiential learning to enable healthcare professional to coach people experiencing medical, health and future life challenges, while looking after their own personal well-being.
The experience of living through life limiting, chronic illnesses and pain can impact long term mental health and wellbeing. Coaching is a non-directive approach that supports clients explore and re-define their sense of self and develop skills to manage their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, establishing new competencies and perspectives.
This programme is also suitable for management professionals wishing to develop their coaching skills to support health and wellbeing in the workplace and develop insight and resilience.
