Resilience is a measure of how we function in the face of adversity. In today’s modern world there are plenty of opportunities to face set-backs and find stressful circumstances in our lives. Change is now the “norm” and our abilities to rise above stress and disruption is a desirable state to find.
To be resilient means we can recover and maintain our wellbeing and performance in times of stretch or strain.
